Important design features include: Easy to tighten, Able to apply one handed, Heavy duty materials to allow very tight compression, Strap disconnect point for mounting flexibility, Easy tension lock point, and Able to slowly release compression later. The tourniquet handle is machined from a single piece of high strength aluminum bar stock; virtually eliminating the risk of product failure.
